This behavior modification technique assumes that you do want to work, you just need some situational motivation.
Put a rubber band on your wrist. Start working. as soon as you stop working pull the rubber band and release, giving yourself a good sting. If this doesn't get you back to work, pull harder or get a bigger rubber band - or both. Repeat as often as necessary.
What if you can't start working? Zap yourself every 10 seconds until you do.
