Nah, Epic said they were continuing their 'legendary support' for the Linux platform (I'm pretty sure they phrased it like that on the video).
Epic aren't going to throw a good portable codebase away for some flashy effects they could create themselves. Hell, last I heared Namco decided to build their next-gen arcade machines using Linux and Valve were porting stuff for it!
