This is quite a dumb idea:
We have a picture of Earth taken from Mars; we also know exactly what the Earth looks like. This way, an algorithm can be designed to convert the blurry Earth picture into something better. Then, with this calibrated, apply it to the other planets and voilà! You have enhaced your telescopes resolution.
(Yes, I know, this has been used before, but this time we can really test the algorithm)
