i think that this will prove to be an interesting test of the new US government and it's foreign policy.
im interested to see how it will handle this crisis; will it bring down mass-retaliation against suspected middle eastern countries/terrorist groups etc? or will it take a more reasonable approach.
basically this is going to be formative of the non-US public's opinion of the US government, including mine. so yeah i'll be very interested to see what comes of all this, and how the bush administration takes on what i think may be its first big test :)
