I totally agree. Telocity (I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM or ANYTHING) sent the technicians on time (at the end side of the promised 2 months of wait time), they did the quality job. The only problems I had was with the Ameritech. When I moved in to my new apartment they did something wrong with the connection on the pole while giving me new phone number. Then when Telocity guys came, they couldn't get the right signal in the phone box in my building. Of course the Ameritech guy didn't show up to fix the thing (not a novelty in the Chicago IL), so finally after a two weeks Telocity fix the thing by themselves (I assume), and came to finish the job. Since then I enjoy 720 upload and 720 download without any interruptions (and a static ip hehe). Besides, at the first try the Telocity guys were scheduled at 12:00, but they came at 10:30, and 'cause I wasn't home they were waiting patiently on the stairs (it was the summer though). Anyway, I can say (write) only the good things about their service.
