was just thinking on all the p2p programs i used and i still cant come up with a definite winner. i recently switched from bit torrent to Azureus with little gain at first Azureus was blazing fast then the throttling kicks in and i pay good $$ for less then 300kb/s down load when i should be getting at least a mb with a fiber optic 20/5 so i ask you all for your vast wisdom on the subject what truly is the best torret client? ps is it true that Azureus has a plug in that circonvents the isps throttling? thank you in advance for any and all input. lastly i apologize for my bad grammar in advance
