I've spent most of my adult life in various shops doing home PC repair and I've been surprised by how good MSE is. At a previous place of employment I didn't believe my boss when he said it was a good piece of software so he ran some tests showing me what it could and couldn't do. I now install MSE any time a friend or family member has me work on their computer (assuming they don't already have some other protection software running). MSE does the job, does it well, and doesn't hit the system very hard (Hognoxious, below, evidently has had a different experience but I haven't seen any major system impact from running MSE. Certainly less than Norton or that ilk.)

...but I'd print a replacement ligament graft for the section that's damaged near my spine. I'd love to not have to worry about slipped discs anymore and be able to go back to the active life I used to have. Being able to print a contiguous ligament replacement would be lightyears better than existing surgical options.
