So, just maybe, let's start with that as a focus of our solutions?

The biggest predictor of rape is....drum roll....access to a penis!

So...should we start with that as the focus of our solutions?

A gun is a tool...there are MILLIONS of them in the US, if there were a huge problem with them, we'd have a bloodbath the likes have never been seen....we have a problem with a very VERY FEW number of people out there that cannot control themselves and their violent tendencies....we don't take the rights away from the overwhelming vast majority of owners of said tools that are responsible users.

And guns are not new...hell, the AR platform has been with us since the 60's I believe....semi-automatic weapons are NOT new...yet the problems we see ARE new...so,, what's changed?

People...we need to fix the people problem.

It sounds like you wanna look in everyone's pants... Stop being weird. The rest is just angry conservative noises and vague insinuations without specifics.

If you totaled all the ones you listed for NY, it would still be shorter than ONE Texas power outtage.

It's strange to see the liberal side arguing about "private businesses cannot be forced to carry content they disagree with" while they force bakers to bake cakes they don't want to make because of "public accommodations". .

I find it amusing that the bakers are always brought up by people who obviously have no idea what the background of the situation was. The couple that sued the bakers did not just march in and demand a cake. They had purchased from Sweet Cakes prior, and were invited by one of the owners, Melissa, to come sample and purchase a cake for their upcoming wedding. When the day arrived for them to meet with Melissa and sample cakes and such, Melissa was not there, her husband Aaron was. Aaron called them abominations, cited Leviticus and said the bakery would not be baking them a cake. Aaron also published the couple's home address on FB. Sweet Cakes invited THEM to buy a cake, denied them after calling them abominations and citing the section of the Bible commonly used by thumpers to justify mistreating gay people, then doxxed them. If you're trying to point out 'liberal hypocrisy,' the Sweet Cakes is nowhere near as 'innocent' as you believe them to bee.

So much strawman that they should really unionize.

Was it just me, or did Government Official 1 sound like the start of a pitch to join a pyramid scheme? Not saying Uber and such is a pyramid scheme, but I used to see those ads about town, "Be your own boss! Set your own schedule! Make as much or as little money as you want!"
