Chances are it will be very hard for you to find a job at your age and experience level that will really advance your knowledge. You might be able to get a data entry job... if you can call that technical. So really your best bet would be learning programming on your own time. With the knowledge you get from that you will be well prepared to grasp the more complex topics during your college/university education.
If you need the money, I personally suggest going into retail. You may not think coding and retail would have anything in common but the key to any job is the ability to communicate. If you are not able to 'sell' your ideas or even yourself to your clients/manager/coworkers/potential employers you will not get very far in this industry. Worst case scenario, you gain essential communication skills that will help you in any job you pursue afterwards.
Someone has to sell those ipods.
