I was simply making a humorous remark based on the old adage of the cheerleader getting the nerd to do her homework for her.
Personally I would love to see more women coders but, as my own personal observation, they generally don't seem interested whenever it is talked about in detail.
Statements like these are all the more reason aging tech workers like myself need to build their own businesses so they don't have to rely on the "good graces" of an employer.
