ITIL & Knowledge Tree for docs (Score 1)

I would have a few people take the HP ITIL course. There is a short course that would be great for decision makers in your company that would be great. They would really see the benefits through a great simulation. The longer course will get you certified in ITIL. Its a 4 or 5 day course and you take the test on the last day. It was awesome. If you are looking for a good document repository that is cost effective, I would look at Knowledge Tree. Its an open source application that you can start to use for free if you have the expertise to set it up on a web server yourself. Alternatively you can pay them to host your documents or pay more for them to setup and support their app on your own infrastructure.
