Chacham's Journal: Libya in charge on Human Rights Dvision

The UN, with it's horrid stance on human rights, has shown their true colors once again. This story talks about Libya now being the head of the Human rights division. After putting Syria in charge of the Security Council, one wonders what else they could do. Maybe they should just go all the way and elect Osama bin Laden as the Secretary-General.
