Why PDF was made, I never understood...
Apparently not everyone has use for the extra features. My favourites are:
- Hyperlinks
- Seach, cut-n-paste etc in acroread.
- Transitions. (You can use acroread as a replacement for PowerPoint)
- Smaller file size
