Almost 95% of the detainees were turned over to the US Troops in return for large bounties.
According to the US goverment only 8% of the detainees were ever al Qaeda fighters.

Have you heard the story of the 9 Uighurs (Chinese Muslims) who have been determined by the US to not be enemy combatants but continue to be held?Can you name even one person who has been "shipped off sans due process to an offshore prison camp" who wasn't captured in a war zone under arms while not wearing a uniform?
