At major hedge fund in Greenwich we turn around major defects in two hours under threat of losing our job and our families livelihood while being screamed at by traders. Given this doesn't happen very often, but when it does you can believe it is fixed in two hours. All traditional software positions outside of finance on Wall St. are day care for adults.
