This. For a living I do support and spend most of my time speaking to people who really shouldn't have been granted admin privileges on anything more complicated than an etch-a-sketch.

This trend seems to be on the increase as more and more customers outsource their in-house development/admin/support to cheaper outsourced less skilled labour.

I've used Tescos before and it works pretty well although I'm picky enough about fresh produce and meat that I'd rather visit the store for that.

For stocking up on tins, packets, cleaning products etc it was great when I didn't have a car but I tend to use it less now I can drive myself out to the store.

The reason Paintbrush is the best application they've ever written is because Microsoft didn't write it.

I've got installation media for Windows 2.03 kicking around somewhere which came with my first Microsoft mouse and it's actually ZSoft PC Paintbrush which was bundled with the mouse.

The mention of ZSoft was dropped in Windows 3.0 and apart from support for things like GIF and JPG now, the application has changed very little since Windows 2 (Well if it ain't broke...)
