Both sides of the aisle are behind AI which needs a mountain of upgrades to the electrical grid. So I don't think this is quite true.

They don't have enough electricity to use domestic AI solutions and their entire economy is supported by external tech giants because they let it get that way. Short term greed and profits over long term stability. Even with that much flowing into the country, look at the barbaric way the majority of their population lives because there is a grand total of zero effort to help out other Indian people by Indian people. They got their money, keep the peasants out of the cities, and "look at me and my clothing and cars and fancy house" is basically the culture over there. That never goes well. I think they have bigger problems in their society than missing out on AI tech that's one giant bubble when they cannot possibly compete in the first place.

Okay, go install it, uninstall zero MS apps, sign into a hybrid online account as required by the unmodified installer, install Discord or Teams and Steam, don't disable Edge's ability to run in the background or disable fast boot in Windows, reboot, open one Chrome window, and let me know what wizardry you did to have it not use approximately 11.5GB of RAM, as it consistently does in my testing.

You can just barely install windows 11 24h2, put some basic common software on it, and then just idle it after booting with 16GB without paging with all the bloated garbage running. How the heck are people running games on 16GB? It should be 32 now with people looking at 64.

IT hiring manager here. No, it's them being unable to type, spell, and wanting a promotion on day 1 with no experience while spouting off socialist bullshit in the office. That's why we're not hiring them. We mostly use AI to generate pictures of cats running fiber lines though.
