Journal BushCheneyCriminals's Journal: Should Bush and Cheney face criminal charges? 2

Questions: (1) Did the execution of the war in Iraq by Bush demonstrate criminal negligence or criminal misconduct (in a legal sense)? (2) Did the decision to go to war - on weak or fabricated grounds - with a clear conflict of interest (Cheny is former CEO of Halliburton, the White House policy was that outsiders cannot compete with Halliburton for contracts) a criminal act? Please provide arguments why or why not this administration should face criminal charges. More than 1000 American patriots have lost their lives in Iraq - should Bush and Cheney be held criminally responsible?

I could at least provide summaries of arguments in any discussions posted here. But it looks like this attempt to get the discussion going fell flat on its
