I am NOT a programmer at all, but conceptually, why would you not have everything running round robin style on each processor, or allocate whatever was needed processor wise as a trffic router, then say 6 for all functions, 2 for traffic? Please don't flame me. Just link me out to a FAQ that explains it better, but in my mind, that would make max use fo the style of engine it had.
