One more tip. When you set up the personal email side of the software, make it crack proof. In other words, set it up so that if the system detects more than one personal email coming from a computer at a time it's IP address is automatically and immediately blocked. This person would then have to go through an appeal with his or her ISP to get it unblocked. The current smtp system was not set up to be regulated from it's inception. That's why it must be scrapped.
