Reading Dave McCarty's words in his interview leaves me little doubt that he'd have no problem signing off on the trains taking victims to their deaths in any particular genocide in order to follow the local rules. I'm assuming he's a Trump supporter based on the absolutely frightening nature of his defense. This is great and really needed but I worry what happens if someone figures out a way to break it. If it gets broken, then everything that came before it gets invalidated? Maybe every picture validated this way should go into an image bank of non-volatile read only storage, maybe ceramic media. If there is ever any question, then a reference number embedded in the image could be used to retrieve the original.
