The term "Bloody Peasant" is of course a reference to a certain scene in a BritCom we all know ("Help help, I'm bein' repressed!"). I think I acquired the nickname when a colleague sneakily played that soundbite at top volume on my Sparcstation (before /dev/audio was locked to the current console owner), darn him.
