I don't work for HP but the orignal bulletproof software comment reminded me of this clip which I had seen a while back and thought was cool. Yes while TFA is talking about software and this is a video of a server taking a bullet there is most likely a large amount of software support that allows the server to still operate after massive hardware failures.
