Not disagreeing with your assertion that Boris is an incompetent buffoon and the various UK numbers are disastrous, but the UK population size comes 3rd (behind Russia and Germany) on the list of 48 European countries. It comes 21st out of 235 countries world-wide.
But also, yes, the UK comes 4th worldwide in per capita COVID-19 death rate (if you believe the numbers). World beating indeed.
