If you blog, set up a community blog aggregator like TampaBLAB, which Rob mentions in the article. It's poifect for what you're talking about. Everyone's local, the variety of talent, skills, knowledge is incredible. You put out a call for info like that and, voila!, problem solved or, at least, you're well on your way there. You get to know people from reading them, so it's not as anonymous.
