Some errors can be cascading ones if for example a base target for methylation was replaced for by another base during the transcription process, the CpG islands are being prime methylation targets after all...

I admire the level of care, concern and passion you have for your students. That's something totally admirable, I studied in a university where the medium of instruction is English and my English has always been better than everybody in my class, so at times the teachers find it easier for her and for the class to explain to us in the native language of the students/teacher, I don't know that language since I was coming from another country all together in order to study, so I find it impressive that you cared for your students who're not native English speakers. Our teachers went anal every time we complained that we don't know the language they spoke!

Guess what's inside there, a laptop, and a rented teacher of the subject (hired from an institute or had been a tutor to these students) and a student who is a friend to these folks but isn't studying their subject so he has no exam for that day, so the photo is enlarged from the laptop, the mercenary teacher answered all the questions and using the same communication method, the answers are forwarded to everybody in that exam batch, and guess what, away from paying the mercenary, no service charges are levied, you just go to that vehicle and sign your name and phone number up, and they were so sly and undercover, there was no way I could've known about this except because I was a trusted friend to these 'exam answers dealers' :p...

I was away from all of this because the folks in my batch were real students and we all were just taking care of our studies that right way but the folks from the computer department we shared topics with (my major is bioinformatics) were far from anything but unserious . So you may watch out for that one.

Adenoviruses themselves were used in genetic engineering/treatment as carrier molecules to genetic material that aims at replacing a faulty one in the cell for example. These viruses DNAs are inherently double stranded and they don't incorporate themselves in the cell DNA, hence, upon cell duplication the viruses are lost. While this is an obstacle in introducing persisting genetic therapy and that re-administration of the correct DNA-laden virus is warranted this could also explain why infections caused by adenoviruses does wade - off (I stand to be corrected)...

On the other hand HIV is a small retrovirus (adenoviruses have upto 1 million amino-acids ), that means that its genetic matter is a short RNA, it has to use the cell it infects DNA manufacturing machinery for it to make copies of itself, this is done by back-translating RNA into DNA that gets incorporated into the nucleus and then proceeding forward using the cell promoters to bring about these copies. HIV is more tricky to handle than many other viruses.

Another thing to look into is the possibility of using siRNA and microRNA as adjuncts to genetic treatment that involves adenviruses, that can potentially carry with it the effect of prolonging the treatment efficacy....

I think the main source of misunderstanding is that both parties come at each other high on preconceived ideas of what the other is all about, so we have these calling you barbarian, extreme or whatever and you call them names too which actually goes to the fulfillment of those political leaders high up the ladder from both sides...

The political leaders sucked up already by initiating so many confrontations and doing nothing to diffuse potential ones, you guys wanna be fools and follow what they think you would just add nothing to the feud but more splitting and madness. I don't think this correlation holds true at all.. man, I go to a shop and I have to use the calculator to calculate the correct change supposed to be tendered back to me because I can't follow these basic numbers of addition and subtractions quickly enough when there are a lot of ppl around such as in the cashier queue in a shop! and I can't follow numbers in my head consistently for that reason. I have been good in physics, maths, analytical chemistry, programming and things that require math till I thought I'd specialize in math for my college. I specialized in other things anyways. Now, I do statistics programming, Perl and bioinformatics tasks which involve differential equations, algorithms and the like quite frequently. Math anxiety is just probably like some light phobias out there, you have to do it and you would do it when you know you need to , so don't get carried into believing something that should affect how your life goes on for a long time to come
