In other words this mod got "Foxxed" (Score 1)

I dont know how many of u remeber this but there was an incedent similar to this that happened about 4 years ago with Quake 1. The "aliens" mod had a beta released and soon after that Fox sent the developers a "cease and desist" letter. This was actually the first case(at least that i can remember, and i was playing fps's and all thier mods since Wolf3d) where the actual copyright holder interfered with a gaming mod. It was big news back then and when a mod got discontinued by these similar means, the mod was therefore known as "foxxed".
