Microsoft doesn't even accept the GPLv3 on CodePlex, their supposed "open source" repository (see: http://blog.milkingthegnu.org/2008/03/microsoft-lost.html)
It isn't easy being the parent of a six-year-old. However, it's a pretty small price to pay for having somebody around the house who understands computers.
