My clients power down all their Macs. They're set to sleep after a fixed interval, which uses hardly any power - and they can all wake for remote access when needed. Easy!

A federal judge in California has ruled that Qualcomm is allowed to sell chips infringing on the Broadcom patents, until the end of January 2009 at least, while paying a mandatory royalty to Broadcom during that period.
