Amen! Users "natural language" have a lot of imbeguities and implied meaning. Programmers have to take what's given them and make the computers do what is said, not implied. I'm working for a company that does not yet get this concept. We need a designer. The folks upstairs take this as an insult rather than seeing it as a timesaving step.
