Barts_706's Journal: Gigantic disappointment

The release of a new PSP 3.0 firmware was supposed to be ground-breaking news, mainly because of the long-awaited PS1 emulator included. Well, it has been released this night and it is extremely disappointing. Why?

• PS3 is needed to download the games from Sony Online Store;
• the list of emulated games is very short and no Final Fantasy title is included;
• the games are not yet available online

General impression? Major disappointment.

i always thought the psp would be a sweet device except for sony's poor management of the device and it's firmware. i think the ps3 right now is in the same situation and hopefully it is allowed to live up to it's awesome potential and not sonified (haha or something). sony seems capable to screw up anything good.
