Wireless bandwidth is not cheap - there should be no Unlimited plans at all. The plans should be in a loose relationship with the real costs, otherwise the overuse of the plan is causing losses - if an extra GB costs an extra 1$ go ahead, charge it and spend the money to extend the network.
