If you can't bring the Indians to Microsoft, then take Microsoft to the Indians. It makes sense for a global company. Is anyone finding that the quality of Indian IT resources is getting even close to being comparable to US resources? My experience is abysmal.

I read the article and it's not clear how they determined that it was meant for interfering with the telecommunications system. Could it also be a phone bot farm for social media influencing and such? I mean, I'd want that taken down as well. I just wonder how they determined what its intended purpose was.

But will it encourage China to become a fair player? That's the goal. Those cheap products are actually very expensive when you realize that our manufacturing are being gutted and intellectual property is being stolen.

As a long time Internet marketer, I've seen it time and time again. Google says "you need content to rank" and marketers create word spinners. Google says "you need quality content and it needs to be long form" and marketers use AI to create long form content that 'looks good' to human eyes. It'll keep happening. The people want to get around other people because AI content still has that uncanny valley feel to it, but the marketers will always find the people. The only solution I have is one that American's will not like - real ID's for humans. You can create spaces where only real humans car participate. That would make it harder to ban the bots.

This is funny. I'm subscribed to this service and logged in to change my password. When you click the 'reset password' option, they just send you a new password in a cleartext email. I'm glad I use different passwords for all web services (thank you Keepass).

Amazon lets anyone write a review. I think they do differentiate between 'verified purchaser' and not. But why let a non-purchaser review anyway?
