Because my watch is my MP3 player. Generic USB storage, too. And a voice recorder, in case I should need such a thing. The fact it masquerades as a watch is a bonus; the fact that my USB key is strapped to my wrist and therefore nigh unlosable is, to me, of vital importance.
ThinkGeek has a nice USB watch too, which is less tacky looking than mine, but doesn't have the microphone, or the headphone jack. They used to have my watch there too, but what they stock seems to oscillate somewhat.
