Journal: FCC investigating Comcast's traffic management practices

Comcast announced today it will comply with an FCC probe aimed at investigating how the giant ISP manages traffic on it's network. The FCC is responding to many complaints filed by consumer groups claiming Comcast is blocking P2P/Bittorrent traffic.
