That actually sounds good to me. I'm just outside of Atlanta, GA and the wait time estimate at my polling place was 3 hours at 7:00am. I just got back from checking again (at 10:30) and the wait is only 2.5 hours now. At the rate the wait is decreasing, I'll be able to just walk right in at about 4am on November 3.
Ah well, I'll try again after work.
