I have to agree. The conduit itself has been a huge time/effort saver for me in the past. Having it run from a central location to all the other locations (with pull string!), will set you up for years to come. You may have extra time securing the conduit, but also think of all the extra time you'll save not having to secure the wiring/cabling all through the house - just pull and connect. Then upgrades repairs are just as simple as well (as long as you remember to replace the pull string each time!)
