Your real name will be send to Battle net before you have the chance to read the terms of service. They reserve the right to read browser infos and set cookies although neither the gameserver nor the game uses http. So the only way to achieve this, is to read/write the files from/to your harddisk. Do you have a idea what they are able to do, when Blizzards gameserver writes a cookie for yahoo.com into your browser settings? Blizzard has allready been sued for the spyware implemented in the Starcraft game.
