Who did they hire to model this thing?
Air Force people. Of the 50% of folks in the AF who even bother to put a cover on their helmets, about 60% of those habitually put the thing on backwards.
Heuristics are bug ridden by definition. If they didn't have bugs, then they'd be algorithms.
