I would like to point out that while this is not necessarily a bad thing, it will not prevent an ISP or any skilled adversary that sees your source traffic from finding out what websites you visit. Despite using ODoH or Tor or a VPN. An adversary at the source can still work out what websites you're visiting with 96% accuracy without ever needing to see your DNS queries (and apply blocking).
