That goes for any business any business at scale.

Amazon / ebay / etc have the same problem with illegal / fake products and content.

Reddit, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter have the same problem with illegal content that is missed by moderation.

Every platform faces this same challenge (beyond the internet). I don't find that to be a compelling reason to make the business illegal if it's core business should not be illegal. How to determine the burden of moderation (is the platform doing enough to combat the problem) ... that is a difficult question, but I think that is the more important thing than does X appear on this platform.

So much WTF here.

1. How can the FCC legally block this just because they don't like the company's hiring practice or internal training?

2. Verizon sold a ton of stuff to Frontier. Now it is buying them. That's more funny than WTF; as it isn't totally uncommon. Sell a business for millions, buy it back for pennies.

Sure.

But how is anything the Republicans are doing fight China?

Seems to me like they are empowering China, while removing the USA as the only competing world power.

Totally slashing our soft-power? That will boost China's influence and access to third-world resources.

Fighting with allies? Weakens our hard-power.

Trade war with almost everyone? We don't make much that other nations can't source from China or Europe.

If someone wants to break something, they will break it. All we can adjust is the time and effort it takes to do so.

If making the cable harder to break also makes repairs harder, at what point is it just not worth it.
Maybe they could make the cables easier to repair, but no harder to break?

That they make SOME %% from a 60$ game that sells 10million copies, but make almost nothing from a FTP gatcha game that brings in 3billion$.

They obviously didn't look at the full impact of the changes they made and faced the consequences.
