I had a better experience on the site, but it could still use some improvement. I used the site on January 2, so the issue I ran into may have been fixed, since I did report it in the feedback box.

The problem I had is that the page automatically refreshed itself while I was looking up my Mobile Advertising ID (MAID). This meant that I had to re-enter my email addresses and phone number, and re-verify them. Note that you have to verify the phone number that was just used to verify your login.gov account.

When I was entering my feedback, the page refreshed again! So, I quickly typed in my feedback, but in a much harsher tone this time.

Note: On my Samsung phone, I found my MAID by searching for "Ads" in Settings, clicking on "Ads", and then scrolling to the bottom of the page. Note that it's a long number and you may want to use Copy/Paste.

You also have the option of entering a VIN, so again, you may want to have that number already available when using the site.

Strangely enough, almost everything you wrote could have been written by me. Bought a Framework laptop, decided to use Firefox on it, no particular problems with it.

I take that back; I did run into a site (can't remember now what it was) that told me I needed to update my browser, when what they actually wanted me to do was switch to Chrome/Chromium.

In memory rather than a database that's stored on disk, like Postgres.
