Shipbuilding relies upon migrant labor. The 600 ship Navy or what la Presidenta is promising? Not going to happen without migrant labor. It turns out Americans do not know how and adamantly refuse to learn how to use an arc welder. Hey, that's another job you'd be grateful for, right?
Not really. There are likely some non US citizens employed, but "relies" is utterly ridiculous. I live right next to the largest shipyard in the country, and the VAST majority of the workforce is made up of US citizens. There are exactly zero non-us citizens employed building ships for war.
It seems you are grossly out of touch with the actual American workforce. We have tons of welders.
