Maybe if you are getting a "free" phone bundled with the plan that is average. A few companies offer unlimited everything for $25 a month if you bring your own phone.

They didn't say it is a crime, they said it is illegal. Plenty of laws are civil and not criminal, like minor traffic violations. Breaking contract law is illegal, though generally not a crime.

:/ Sounds like she just made that up... Cannabis/Psychedelic hallucinogens/Opiates(perscription meds?) typically don't cause that sort of thing... unless she was on a high dose of a deliriant but then I highly doubt one would be able to sit through a whole test... Either way, a funny story. ;)
