'Porn King' Says Google Should Block Porn Access 424

mikesd81 writes "The Register has a story saying that one of the world's biggest porn producers wants Google and other search sites to put up barriers between kids and adult entertainment. 'Steven Hirsch, the co-chairman and co-founder of Vivid Entertainment, is to deliver this message on Saturday in New Haven, Connecticut as he addresses an army of Yale University MBA candidates. "Responsible companies in the adult industry such as ours have done a great deal to deter minors from accessing adult material," Hirsch proclaims from inside a Vivid press release. "None of the search engines and portals, but particularly Yahoo and Google, has taken any significant steps in this direction.'"

House Declines To Vote On Telecom Immunity 341

freedom_india alerts us to news that the House of Representatives declined to bring the surveillance reform bill to vote, prompting House Republicans to walk out in the middle of a session. The bill, recently passed by the Senate, includes retroactive immunity for the telecommunications companies who assisted with illegal domestic wiretaps. The walk-out comes after a proposal was shot down on Wednesday that would have extended the current legislation for another three weeks.

I am currently in Mali (Sub-saharan Africa). This place has dust so fine, it covers everything. This time of year, the Harmattan winds bring the dust from the Saharan. The Hamattan can push dust all the way to South America. I have also seen dust matching Armstrong's description in Southwest Texas. I am not an geology expert, but it would seem to me that moon dust is made by pulverizing rock. I would think, there are many places on earth where you could can find rock close to lunar make up, ground down to lunar consistency.
