Journal: Gathering Social Network Information into one Interface

I would like to put this question out there to the programmers:

What currently maintained open source projects are building tools to consolidate all of the social network information that exists for a user?

I haven't seen a project that incorporates a single view to gather up friends and friend activity into one interface.

I have looked at Open Social, but that isn't the same thing.
