Looks like Apple is going back to roots, stubbornly refusing to give consumers what they want, and doing nothing worthwhile, while the completion blows them away and makes them irrelevant. I would audit everything, Make a matrix of things that need to be addressed easy to hard, least significant to most, and start chipping away at it. It will take time to turn that ship around, but it will be worth it, and you will keep your sanity.
