If you have any information regarding the high failure rate of the IBM 75GXP, please let me know! I am an enthusiast that bought a 75GXP, and had it RMAed by IBM three times. I registered with Sheller, and was later contacted by an attorney. I believe they are trying to form a class, and I am a class representative.
