Everyone knows that DOS 3.3 was the last true DOS. After that MS started adding all sorts of junk like antivirus software, disk defragmenters, and diagnostic tools.

Long live Norton Utilities!

(For newcomers: NU was the standard utilities for these things before DOS included them)
