All the old Fleischer Popeye cartoons from the 30s were restored over a decade ago and released on DVD, they haven't been released on Blu-Ray but the three sets still look very good. This copy of Popeye Meets Sinbad on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?... is ripped from the first set. Also the Warner Archive is currently releasing blu-rays of the post Fleischer, Famous Studios Popeye cartoons. There are three volumes of those so far.
